Expert COVID-19 Specimen Collection, Transport, and Processing

Our leading-edge mobile service capabilities allow us to deliver care, with convenience, directly to an individual, community, or organization for easy COVID-19 specimen collection, transport, and processing.

Expertise and Unique Mobile Capability

We can collect specimens from individuals at virtually any location and transport them to our laboratory facilities for processing. All specimens are delivered immediately to the laboratory, with all documentation, following FDA regulations and CDC clinician guidelines. We have successfully maintained our same-day delivery commitment since first engaging on COVID-19 testing in order to allow the labs the full 48–72 hour timeframe for processing while minimizing the overall time to obtain test results.

During this State of Emergency, Infiniti Health has assembled history’s first mobile COVID-19 Strike Teams to best serve Californians struggling through this pandemic. Our First Responders have mobilized from San Diego to Pelican Bay and numerous regions in between, setting up sites and conducting COVID-19 testing in any location, at any time of the day or night.

Our leading-edge mobile service capabilities allow us to deliver care, with convenience, directly to an individual, community, or organization for easy COVID-19 specimen collection, transport, and processing. And with our unique mobility and flexibility, we can deploy testing sites in multiple locations across California, all at the same time—something we have previously done successfully—at any location at any time of the day or night, especially as part of mitigation efforts for COVID-19 spikes.

Trained and Certified Professionals

STAFF

From the top down, all Infiniti Health staff are certified healthcare professionals with solid understanding of the challenges facing community care in this pandemic. Our founders, are ICS 100 & 200 certified, CalOSHA First Responder Operations (FRO) certified, and CalOSHA First Responder Awareness (FRA) certified, and our Medical Director is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician with the UCLA Medical Center. Our COVID-19 Strike Teams are professional and properly credentialed: California Department of Public Health Certified Phlebotomy Technicians I (CPT-1), Certified Emergency Medical Technicians through the State of California’s Emergency Medical Service Authority, LVNs licensed through the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, as well as RNs licensed through the California Board of Registered Nursing—all of whom possess exceptional proficiency in COVID-19 testing and personal protective equipment (PPE) experience for exemplary service and client safety.

Through our direct and ongoing conversations with the CDC, we have thorough understanding and insight into both FDA regulations and CDC Clinician Guidelines for COVID-19 testing and specimen collection.

Your Single-Source Provider

Infiniti Health can serve as your single-source provider of both COVID-19 services and all related supplies. We can procure and distribute all testing kits and materials including swabs (both adult and pediatric), transport media, specimen collection bags, and all other materials necessary to store and transport samples for processing according to all laws and regulations appropriate to the means of transport.

Trained and Professional Contact Tracing Services

TRACING

With guidance on contact tracing provided to us by the Head Epidemiologist of the State of Louisiana, Infiniti Health understands both the protocols of contact tracing and the challenges effective contact tracing presents.

Trained Contact Tracing Professionals

Upon hire, all Infiniti Health contact tracers enroll in and complete a Johns Hopkins University COVID-19 contact tracing training and certification program. Through this training course, our contact tracing staff learn the science of SARS-CoV-2 and why contact tracing can be such an effective public health intervention, as well as ethical considerations around contact tracing, isolation, and quarantine.

 

Our contact tracers excel at:

  • Understanding of the need for patient confidentiality and the ability to conduct case interviews with care in order to protect confidentiality of the patient

  • Explaining in plain language the medical terms associated with COVID-19

  • Tactful interaction, cultural sensitivity, and interviewing

  • Building and maintaining trust with clients and contacts

  • Resourcefulness in locating and communicating with clients and contacts who may be difficult to reach or reluctant to engage in conversation

  • Collecting basic standardized surveillance data, per protocol

  • Understanding when to refer individuals or situations to medical, social, or supervisory resources

STOP C19 provides students across the district with medical information on COVID-19 and empowers them to help reduce its spread of in their homes, school, and community.

Frontline Champions - Promoting Knowledge and Professional Growth

Infiniti Health’s Frontline Champions program presents graduating seniors age 17 and up the opportunity to learn from the leader in mobile COVID-19 testing about COVID-19 and its prevention and obtain medical industry training and experience that could readily result in employment after graduation.
